Roosa started rowing last year, when she joined University of Glasgow. Since then she has changed her course to pursue a degree in Primary Teaching and after a solid first couple of years she is looking to take on more responsibility by becoming the Club Captain. She has shown her natural coaching ability, and this play a big part in her role at the club this year.

Chloe is in her second year on the committee, having served as Treasurer last year. Chloe moved to Dumfries to study Environmental Science and Sustainability at the University of Glasgow campus. She has shown great commitment and an eagerness to improve both her own and others' rowing ability, and we hope to see her bring that enthusiasm into the committee meetings this year. With her organised and thoughtful approach, she will no doubt fit well into the role of Secretary.

Chloe is a new member to the committee this year, having joined as a fresher last year when she moved to Dumfries to study Environmental Science and Sustainability at the University of Glasgow campus. She has shown great commitment and an eagerness to improve both her own and others' rowing ability, and we hope to see her bring that enthusiasm into the committee meetings this year. With her organised and thoughtful approach, she will no doubt fit well into the role of Treasurer.

Mia started rowing two years ago, when she joined University of Glasgow. She made a very promising start to her rowing career last year and took an active role in recruiting new freshers for this season, and will continue to take on more responsibility by becoming the new Women's Captain.
Men's Captain: Jonny (University of Glasgow, 3rd Year)
After joining the club last year, Jonny has progressed quickly through the club, impressing as social convenor and also entering several races in his fresher year. Now entering his 3rd year studying Environmental Sciences and Sustainability at University of Glasgow, Jonny is keen to use his experience to help bring lead the Men's team in the coming season.
Coach: Paul (University of Strathclyde, Graduated)
Paul helped set up CUCBC in 2012, and returns to the committee this year to lend his experience, in both decision making and coaching. Having been rowing for almost 20 years, Paul will be a great benefit to the club and is committed to building the skills of the new Freshers, and also improving the existing skills of the Senior members of the squad.

Since he joined the club, Owen has shown a high level of commitment and is very keen to quickly improve his rowing technique and compete around the country. Abbey also moved to Dumfries to study Primary Teaching. As Ordinary Members, Abbey and Owen will have input on all decisions made by the committee, while also relaying this back to the Freshers.
